My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although there was a slight musky smell that I eventually got used to. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist me, even helping me map out my next destination. The location was very convenient, close to train stations and stores, making it easy to get around. The dining options were basic but satisfactory. However, there were some issues with cleanliness in the bathroom and a bad smell coming from the drains. Overall, a decent choice considering the value for money.

I found this hotel to be a great choice for my stay. The location is really good, providing convenient access to all the major sightseeing spots in Tokyo. The rooms, though small, are pretty big considering the city's standards, offering sufficient comfort. The service was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay pleasant. However, the dining options were a bit limited, mainly with carbohydrate-heavy choices.

I stayed at the hotel with a group of friends, and we found it to be generally comfortable and well-maintained, although the constant light from the Exit sign was bothersome. The room was small and a bit dated, not what we expected when booking a double room, and the noise from the elevator nearby was a bit disruptive. On the bright side, the location was convenient, just a short walk to the subway station, making it easy to explore Tokyo. The dining options were mediocre with limited choices but served its purpose for a quick meal. Despite the drawbacks, the price we paid seemed fair considering the overall experience.
Rooms
7.0
The room was big enough for the four of us, well-maintained and generally comfortable, except for the Exit sign that was on all night. It was small and a bit old and tired, which was a letdown from the originally reserved double room. It was opposite of the elevator and a little bit noisy.
Service
5.0
The service wasn't very friendly during my stay. The staff seemed distant and somewhat indifferent to our needs. It felt more like a hostel in terms of the staff being very friendly, although they were aware of issues, they appeared unable to resolve them.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location was good, just 3 minutes from the subway station and only a short ride to popular areas like Shibuya and Shinjuku. Being located near the train station made it convenient for me to travel around Tokyo. I found it handy to have easy access to a coin-operated washing machine/dryer after getting sweaty during the hot Tokyo Summer.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was a big disappointment. The breakfast options were limited to just bread and soup, with a lack of diversity in the menu that left much to be desired.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel had basic facilities and amenities. While nothing stood out as exceptional, it provided the essentials for a comfortable stay.
